Spring Farm Photos – Fill Your Gaze with Possibility

Telling agriculture's stories through photography, Shawn Nielsen, farm video, Scott Regan, Minnesota farm, cattle, dairy steers, spring farm photos, AgriLife Studios

With temps rising and the grass greening up, we’ve been itching to get out and shoot some spring farm photos – almost as anxious as farmers in central Minnesota are to get out and plant. We called on Bruce Peterson, of Far Gaze Farms, who was waiting for a load of seed and making some final tweaks on equipment. It was a quiet day, mostly – the calm before the stormy, frenetic rush of planting season, when Bruce and his cohorts will plant thousands of acres in a matter of days. It was a great day to take a stroll around the farm, climb the big grain leg, and take a ‘far gaze’ at the possibilities of Spring.
